In the land of Pisco... A little story about Pisco Sour Cathedral

Here's a beautiful story about " Pisco Sour Cathedral", Lima in the 50s, after the midday mass in the
Cathedral all the lords, politicals, very important people use to go to the Bolivar Hotel Bar located in the San Martin square, for some Pisco Sours, the best of the time and famous, even better than the laureate Pisco Sour of the Maury Hotel, a few blocks from the Bolivar.

But comments like: "I saw the guy of such staying in the bar after mass" was made daily, so they had to find a way not to miss those daily Pisco Sours without being the talk, the gossip.

One day, so as not to leave the good habit of having some Pisco Sours after the Cathedral, they asked
the bartender of the Hotel Bolivar that since they could not stay long at the bar, they prepared a Pisco Sour of sufficient forcefulness.

Fulfilling their orders of a contundent Pisco Sour, the bartenders of the Hotel Bolívar left directions to the Buttons to notify them when the faithful prayers of the Cathedral arrive, to immediately prepare the new recipe of the requested Pisco Sour, "those of the Cathedral are coming" , the young man exclaimed when he saw the gentlemen arrive, while hurried bartenders, prepared in their cocktail shakers the following Recipe of Pisco Sour, that would later be baptized as Pisco Sour Cathedral until today:

Pisco Sour Cathedral recipe, according to the Hotel Bolívar Bar
6 ounces of Pisco Quebranta
3 ounces of syrup
3 ounces of lemon juice
